Atlas Realty Team (ART) is now offering property management services for residential properties in the Triad.

Our services include:

Pre-Listing services include an inspection of the property to ensure it’s ready to be marketed for success as well as a projection of what the market rate is to lease your home.

Once the home is ready, ART will get professional photos taken of the property, get it listed and begin obtaining applications to lease your home!

Once we have our applications in hand, we will review them with the owner(s) and find the best fit!

Once the property is leased, our services include rent collection, handling maintenance requests (at owner(s) expense), monthly home inspections, and income/expense reports.
